REFUND POLICY
- All payments and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
- Once a service is booked or completed, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.
- If you are unsatisfied with your service, you must notify the stylist before leaving the salon so any corrections can be made the same day.
- All product purchases are non-refundable.
LATE POLICY
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
- After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied.
- After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
- Repeat lateness may result in future bookings being denied.
RESCHEDULE POLICY
- All rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
- Same-day rescheduling is considered a cancellation, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
- No-call / no-show clients must pay the full service amount before any future appointments can be scheduled.
